You will be responsible for resolving all customer queries, establishing strong relationships with all internal customers, especially the accounting and logistics department. Most of your interaction will be via email and telephone correspondence with our members. You will serve as the link between the customer, the campaign team and order fulfilment. The Customer Service Officer also provides administrative assistance as required.
