Join a fast paced ecommerce company in their photographic studio. This is a high end fashion and life style online shopping business and the photographic department is growing so we need another sample coordinator to help move the products in and out of the studios ready for photographing.
The major responsibilities of this role will be:
1. Receive boxes of product samples and swiftly prepare for photo shoots
2. Unpack and cross check samples with supplied stock list
3. Liaise with the buying administration team on any sample discrepancies
4. Sort samples of product from clothing to toys and house hold goods into relevant categories
5. Prepare the samples for shooting (photographing) by, steaming clothes, or cleaning/dusting packaging if a life style product
6. Prepare the shooting (photographic studio’s) by clearing and setting up
7. Coordinate the flow of samples for shooting
8. Dispatch samples when finished, either to supplier or warehouse according to buyer instructions
9. Liaise with and coordinate couriers for deliveries and dispatch

• Be fit and have a strong back and legs as heavy lifting is required
• A passion and love of being and having things organised and prioritised
• A very good eye for detail
• Good Computer skills in MS Office – excel, word, outlook email other system and software a bonus
• A warm and friendly personality and relish an opportunity to bring your common sense and strong organisation skills to work with talented people in a fast paced high end fashion, ecommerce business
• Ideally some previous experience working in a fast paced office or creative, or fashion or retail environment
